What’s the difference between a muscle stretch a

What’s the difference between a muscle stretch and a fascial stretch? For one, fascial stretches take about twice as long as what would be needed for a muscle stretch. The other thing is every limb, your entire spine and even your eyes are involved in a fascial stretch due to the fact that fascia is so inter-connected throughout the body. We are offering face-to-face PT sessions using HIPAA compliant video conferencing technology, to make things as easy as possible for you and our physical therapists. These visits will be helpful in continuing your progressions and reducing the risk of interrupting care.
