Sports Injury Prevention & Recovery
Sports injury physical therapy helps athletes recover from injuries, manage the strain of training, and lower the chance of getting hurt again. It is built around how you move and what your sport demands.
Service
High school sports place real physical and mental demands on young athletes. This program is designed around those demands, helping athletes recover from injuries, train for their sport and stay healthy through the season.
Physical therapists look at an athlete's movement patterns and biomechanics to spot injury risks, then build individualized programs to improve strength, flexibility and coordination. For injured athletes, a rehabilitation plan focuses on rebuilding strength, restoring range of motion and regaining function for a safe return to sport.
The program also includes education on proper body mechanics and training technique, so athletes understand how to move efficiently and safely. The aim is to build habits that support fitness and health well beyond high school.
