• We will bill your insurance for your standard physical therapy office visit, just as a traditional physical therapy provider.
• Your insurance benefits and deductibles and non-reimbursable fees still apply as specified by your insurance plan.
• A monthly membership fee applies and is not covered by your insurance. Concierge service is an out of pocket service.
